Michael D. Penticuff, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist

I have closed my practice and am no longer providing services to any clients
I will retain my records regarding any work I have done with former clients for seven years following the date of last contact. Once it has been seven years since my last substantive contact (that is, contact in which I provided therapy or testing services) with a given individual, I will destroy my records regarding that individual. If you need information from my records as they relate to you and have had substantive contact with me during the past seven years, please feel free to call me at (512) 454-9300 or email me at michael dot penticuff at penticuff dot com
Internet Issues. It is important to understand that I do not provide psychological services, including records access, over the Internet. I have provided for e-mail access in case you find it helpful if you need to let me know you need access to my records regarding any work we may have done together. If you make use of my e-mail access, keep in mind that e-mail is not a secure way to communicate, so do not send me any information you would not want to be intercepted and seen by an inquisitive third person. For these reasons and others, I will probably not respond to an e-mail message with an e-mail message of my own, so please be certain to provide me with a telephone number if you want to be sure of a response from me.
NOTICE. If you call me for any reason, PLEASE BE PREPARED TO LEAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE. I receive so many spam phone calls that I have set my default ring tone to silence, so I will not know that you have called unless I happen to be looking at my phone at the moment you call.
